In order for you to sign up for the CHAMPS RYG™ Cast Hidden Video Shop Program you need to email the following information to oolafsson@humantouch.us or call 801-319-8268 and talk to a member of our Business Development Team:

• A letter on company letterhead requesting that Human Touch Consulting Group, Inc. conduct hidden video mystery shops, using a concealed video camera to record the results. The letter may include whatever details such as pricing, frequency of evaluations, right to cancel the service, etc.
• A complete list of your store locations, including name or designation of each store, address, city, zip, telephone number and lobby hours. It would be preferable to receive this information as an Excel file.
• A distribution list of all individuals who should receive access to the web server, their contact information as well as email address.
• A distribution list for the stores indicating the area or market division as well as the names or the areas or markets and area or market managers. This will help us divide the video shops on the DVDs according to the areas, districts, markets, regions, etc.
• The client is then responsible to inform Human Touch Consulting about any changes to stores operations, store opening or closing, change of address, etc. Should the client fail to notify Human Touch Consulting of store changes and the location is visited the client will be billed for that location.
