The CHAMPS Video Shop program offers a performance rating focusing on all areas of CHAMPS. The main program features are:

• Service in 49 states (excluding HI) for KFC, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, LJS and A&W
• Video shops can be done at either the counter or drive-thru
• Video shops are available within 24-48 hours to view on our secure web server
• 2 sets of fully edited, menu driven DVDs arranged by areas, districts or markets according to your company organization within 3-5 days
• CHAMPS RYG™ Performance Report emailed within 24-48 hours
• Pan outside the restaurant showing the condition and curb appeal of the building, cleanliness and maintenance of the parking lot
• Time stamp on the video shop to show the service times
• Restroom cleanliness
• Food temperature measurements
• Digital food pictures
• Portion weigh measurements (if requested)
