You receive a CHAMPS RYG™ Performance Report within 24-48 hours. The report is generated by Customer Service Specialists who view each video shop and rate the CHAMPS performance. The report details the performance of each store visit, and a summary report is compiled for each area, district, market, or region and the overall company.
The report is sent to you by email, as a PDF file, within 24-48 hous after the video shops are completed. You can print out the report in part or in its entirety or choose to view it electronically.
