The use of a video camera in Customer Experience Evaluations or "mystery shopping" allows you to see, throughout the entire customer experience, from the moment the customer gets out of their car until they leave.
The hidden video camera captures and files away a wealth of information, starting with the appearance of the building and continuing into how a customer is greeted, the wait experienced by the customer, the order taking process, the level and skill of suggestive selling and much more. With the use of a video there is no risk of receiving a misleading mystery shopper report written by an evaluator with faulty memory.
The video shops are then sent immediately back to our offices where customer service consultants view and rate the restaurant and employee performance and compile information from multiple locations into a performance report.
Then within 24-48 hours you receive an email notifying you that your video shops have been posted on a secure web server for you and your team to view on the Internet.
Included in the notification email you also receive the unique CHAMPS RYGTM Performance Report detailing the performance of each store visit as well as the information from all stores compiled into a customized CHAMPS performance report.
Then within 3-5 days you receive a fully edited, menu driven DVD with all your video shops are arranged on the DVDs according to your company structure by area, district, market, region, etc. You receive 2 copies of each DVD, one for your main office and the other for the field.
The CHAMPS Video Shop Program offers both In-Store and Drive-Thru visits.
In-Store evaluations:
- Evaluations are conducted at any time during opening hours, 7 days a week
- Video pan of parking lot and building
- Food purchase at counter that is varied from one store to the next
- BLAST complaint if there is a problem with the order
- Service time recording displayed on video
- Food picture, food temperature and portion weight measurement available as additional option
Drive thru evaluations:
- Evaluations are conducted at any time during opening hours, 7 days a week.
- Video pan of parking lot and exterior of building while driving through.
Each video evaluation should include :
- Pre-order and order post(s).
- Drive-thru lane as customer waits in line.
- All active windows.
- Service time recording displayed on video.
- Food picture, food temperature and portion weight measurement available as additional option.
