The EdutainmentTM Screen is a revolutionary, low cost POS, displayed on a 26" LCD monitor placed above the counter for customers to see while they wait in line for service. The screen plays a specially edited video loop lasting 3 ½ - 4 minutes.
The system is designed to entertain customers who are waiting in line with intriguing trivia about the brand, its product to make the wait pass faster and as they are being entertained they see menu suggestions about entrees, side orders and desserts.
The EdutaimentTM Screen works hand in hand with the Customer Service Standard, to reinforce the suggestive selling by using the same suggestive questions that the team member use while leading the customer through the order process.
The EdutainmentTM Screen shows a number of menu suggestions conditioning the customer so that when the team member offers the same item during the order taking it will increase sales.
Each loop contains the current national ad campaign, a local ad as needed, trivia, suggestive product spots, and other messages such as RGM Customer Service guarantee or Help Wanted ads.

The Edutainment loops are updated every month with the new ad campaign, new suggestive product spots and trivia points. You also receive a "generic" loop without any price points to use between ad campaigns or use any time you want to vary your message.
