CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARD

The Customer Service Standard or CSS consists of proven behaviors that turn customer service into increased sales. Using the CSS to training team members and consistently using these behaviors will not only improve your customer service, but will also increase add-on sales and bring customers back sooner.

Human Touch offers clients two CSS models, a basic and an advanced model. The basic model focuses on customer service and beginning steps of increasing sales while the advanced model is based more on advanced selling techniques at the counter.

The CSS is divided into 4 main sections:

  • Greeting and welcoming the customer.
  • Leading the customer through the order.
  • Completing the order.
  • Delivering the food and parting with the customer.

The CSS is designed to works hand in hand with the EdutainmentTM Loop, to suggest and reinforce additional menu items and increase average sales per customer.
